Surveying the Soul: Exploring the 3-D Worldview Survey for Christian Education Research

Sometimes, researchers in the area of Christian education and spiritual formation have a hard time finding a research tool that is statistically valid and reliable. Here is what doctoral researcher Billy Fisher (Proquest Link)
“I chose the 3DWS for my doctoral research because of the comprehensiveness of the survey. As I analyzed other options, the majority of them focused solely on measuring the propositional aspect of worldview. However, as Sire’s definition indicates, worldview is the sum of one’s beliefs, values, and actions. I equate it to the head, heart, and hands.
