Hello!

I’m Katherine Schultz, your Go-To Expert in Biblical Worldview Assessment for Christian Students.

I specialize in helping Christian school leaders, educators, and ministry directors gain deep insight into students’ beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes—so you can disciple more effectively, align your efforts with your mission, and foster lasting spiritual growth.

Consider me your trusted partner in equipping the next generation with a robust biblical worldview—while saving you time, offering clarity, and supporting your leadership with actionable data and insight.

Katherine is the creator of the 3-D Worldview Survey™ and a veteran Christian school leader with over 25 years of experience mentoring teachers and shaping biblical worldview formation. She’s a trained classical educator, holds advanced degrees in education, and has studied under respected thought leaders in spiritual formation, Christian education, and assessment.

I didn’t set out to create a worldview survey.

I was just trying to help my students live what they said they believed.

A persistent problem in Christian education.

After 30+ years working in Christian schools, I kept seeing the same gap: students could clearly articulate biblical truths, but their actions and attitudes often didn’t reflect those beliefs.

You’re not alone.

In conversations with teachers and leaders across many schools, I realized this was a widespread challenge—not just my own experience.

No easy way to see the whole picture.

We needed a tool that revealed not only what students believe but also how they live out their faith and what’s happening in their hearts.

The solution: the 3-D Worldview Survey.

I developed this survey during my doctoral research to give Christian educators a clear, practical way to understand beliefs, behaviors, and heart attitudes—so discipleship can be informed and intentional.

My hope for you.

That this tool helps you disciple with confidence—bridging the gap between what students.

You’re doing everything you can to disciple students faithfully.

But sometimes it’s hard to know if what you’re teaching is actually taking root.

You’ve seen the signs.

Students who can give the right answers in Bible class—but whose actions don’t reflect Christ.
Leaders and teachers who feel unsure how to measure spiritual growth.
Efforts to build a biblical worldview that feel more like guesswork than discipleship.

You’re not alone.

I’ve worked alongside educators, pastors, and ministry leaders who all feel the same tension:
“We’re pouring out truth—but are our students really living it?”

You want more than surface-level engagement.

You want to disciple with clarity and confidence.
You want to know what students believe, how they live, and what’s shaping their hearts.

When you use the 3-D Worldview Survey, you’ll be equipped to:

  • Move beyond assumptions with real data on student beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes
  • Spot hidden gaps in worldview formation—so you can disciple with wisdom, not guesswork
  • Strengthen your programs and conversations with insight that leads to transformation
  • Build unity among staff and leaders by using a shared language to discuss spiritual growth

Take the next step in transforming your students’ worldview.

Are you ready to begin using the 3-D Worldview Survey to gain clear insights into your students’ beliefs, behaviors, and heart attitudes?

Katherine lives in Minnesota with her husband, TJ, where she serves as Middle and Upper School Head at Schaeffer Academy, a classical Christian school, and directs 3-D Worldview Survey, LLC. She holds a Doctorate in Christian Education Leadership and a Master’s degree in Christian School Programs. With over 30 years of experience mentoring teachers, developing curriculum, and guiding students toward biblical maturity, Katherine is passionate about helping Christian schools, churches, and camps disciple the next generation with clarity and depth.

Through the 3-D Worldview Survey—a unique digital tool assessing students’ beliefs, behaviors, and heart attitudes—she equips leaders to foster meaningful spiritual formation rooted in truth and grace.

Katherine and TJ are active members of Autumn Ridge Church. In her quiet mornings, Katherine enjoys Bible study and writing, times when she feels most productive and refreshed. When she’s not speaking, teaching, or writing, Katherine enjoys traveling, reading, and savoring homemade meals. She especially loves encouraging fellow educators and ministry leaders to pursue their calling with wisdom, courage, and joy.

A Truly Holistic Tool for Discipleship Planning.

“We chose the 3DWS because of the holistic picture it gives of a student’s worldview. Unlike many surveys that focus only on propositional beliefs, this one helps us understand students’ beliefs, values, and actions.

The data gave us clarity about how to target our Bible and worldview instruction. With 8th graders, we now have a baseline. With 12th graders, we can see the fruit of their formation. These insights are helping us have real conversations about programming—and we’re excited to explore how 3DWS can serve as a pre/post assessment moving forward.”

Tracking how worldview shapes real-life thinking.

“We use the 3DWS as a diagnostic for students early in their eighth grade year… and then [they] take the survey again just before they graduate… so that we can use it as an assessment. The initial survey helps me have a general sense of where a group is in their understanding of how their beliefs connect to specific behaviors and attitudes…

I am able to tailor certain topics or discussions to various groups as well as dig deeper with certain questions or ideas. The survey at the end of the year offers data about how the students are connecting worldview to real life questions and situations… [helping us] gain a better understanding of what students know and how this is connecting to their hearts.”

It’s time to take your worldview off autopilot.

“The Three-Dimensional Worldview Survey (3DWS)—both its theoretical foundation and practical application—has profoundly impacted our students. It helps them recognize the often-unseen forces shaping their worldviews and invites them to take ownership of their faith journey.

I regularly remind students: “It’s time to take your worldview off of autopilot!” Worldviews are typically formed beneath the surface of conscious thought, guiding actions and reactions like a silent navigation system. The 3DWS elevates their awareness, enabling them to live with greater intentionality and purpose. Its results consistently point students toward living a life that is worthy of the Lord and pleasing to Him in every way.”
